It was really close to the Sunriver village. It was very affordable, very nice remodeling. We liked that the hot tub didn’t have too much chlorine and the water is dumped out after every guest. No complaints!

Kyle's place was perfect for our large group of 4 families with young kids. The place was cosy and well appointed with lots of games for the kids, SHARC passes, and also very walkable to the nearby park. We would visit again and would recommend!

Kyle was an exceptional host for our family reunion during the holidays. The house was perfect for our families and was very clean and well kept. 2 extra fridges in the garage were very nice as well as plenty of bikes for the extensive trail system in Sunriver. Kyle was extremely responsive with any questions and even delivered some needed toilet paper and other essentials first thing in the morning after our request. Everybody had a great time and would not hesitate to book this beautiful house again. Kyle made sure we had a wonderful stay throughout our time there.

Plenty of room for a large group and a fully stocked kitchen. The only concern is if you have mobility issues then there are no ground floor bedrooms that do not have some stairs, and the shower on the first floor is a tub shower. We had a couple in their late 80s and it was challenging, but if this is not an issue for you everything is beautiful and well equipped.

Modern, spacious, clean house with lots of rooms and bed arrangements for everyone in our big party! Great for large families, big main area for cooking/eating/playing games together! Very convenient that there is 2 sets of washer/dryer and extra fridge in garage! Our big family enjoyed this stay thanks to your awesome house!

We had a wonderful stay at Kyle’s place! The home was impeccably clean, well-stocked with essentials, and the location was perfect. Kyle went above and beyond with great local tips and was always available to answer questions. A 5-star experience for sure. The home was absolutely beautiful!

One of the closest locations to the village, with a hot tub and ample space- this house really is the perfect spot for a family or small group. We had more than enough space and didn't use all the rooms! it was really wonderful and I am grateful for the chance to stay here

Kyle was a very accommodating host for my family. Kyle was always quick to respond and was always ready to help whenever an issue arose.The house was super spacious and beautiful in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The house was perfect for our house church family getaway! The room above the garage gave ample space for one of the larger families with 4 kids. The acoustics of the home was amazing for worshipping together and the surrounding area gave many options for family activities. The house was clean with every amenity needed. Would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my husbands 40th birthday!!! Kyle was super responsive and helpful from start to finish with all of our questions. The house was perfect for our family and everyone was super happy with the accommodations. We took lots of hikes and bike rides to the near by park and spent a ton of time in the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and the check in/out process was VERY easy. We would definitely come back again and recommend Kyle's place to anyone looking for a large home in Sunriver!
