We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Steps from Sunriver Village, with groceries, restaurants and shops. We really appreciated the location. Great house, clean and comfortable, beautifully updated kitchen, well stocked. No bikes for guests but bike rental is a couple minutes walk. Kyle was always quick to respond to our questions. Comfortable for 8, and came with 8 sharc passes.

Kyle’s space was perfect for our group of families with kids. There were so many sleeping options, so many bikes, 2 refrigerators. We cooked all of our meals in the house. It was great! Thanks for a wonderful place to make memories!

This is a fantastic Sunriver home! Clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and right next to the Village. The two en suite king rooms were fantastic for two families sharing the house. The kids definitely utilized the loft with big bean bags and large smart TV.

Beautiful home, amazing location, and easy to work with host. Stayed here with my 4 kids under 6. They loved the bunk room and all the kids toys at the house. Wife and I enjoyed the elevated living space, back deck, and hot tub. We all loved the bikes in the garage and SHARC passes. Hope to come back and stay again withe more family.

We rented this home for a youth church retreat and were very pleased with our experience working with your company. Everything was organized at a high level: the booking process was smooth and straightforward, and the house fully matched the description and photos. The spacious rooms, bright white interior, and high ceilings created a comfortable and uplifting atmosphere for our event. We would especially like to highlight the excellent condition of the home and the attention to detail. Kyle was a kind, responsive host with excellent communication! His home is perfect for families (we had two families stay comfortably) with everything you need for preparing meals, entertaining kids, and enjoying your time in Sunriver. We LOVED the location—so close to the village and easy to hop on Sunriver’s amazing bike paths. The home was also very clean and comfortable!

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a ski weekend near Mt. Bachelor. The hot tub was spotless and perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in was easy, communication was clear, and we’d happily stay again and recommend this place to others

We had such a wonderful stay at Kyle’s place near the village in Sunriver! The location was perfect, close to town with so much to do nearby, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and especially kid friendly, which made traveling with our family so much easier. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinners, and all the basic necessities were thoughtfully provided. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely recommend Kyle’s place to anyone visiting the area. We would love to come back!
